Take it easy.
I was looking up in a dictionary to find the exact word which describes my feeling, and I found these phrases.
*nervously
I react nervously to every single word of his.
*emotional Yo-Yo
(I don't know how to use this idiom. If you have to use this idiom, how do you use? )
*excited / happy
*Don't rush.
*afraid / worry
There is no progress today, I'm sorry that I might keep you in suspense.
To be continued later. :)

Hi Yuki,
My understanding of an "emotional yo-yo" is this. Just as a Yo-Yo goes up & down and up & down ... you find that your feelings are up high & then you have doubt or disappointment and you feel down. (as I recall, that can also be called "falling in love") If you are experiencing an emotional yo-yo
I think you might be FALLING. Isn't that wonderful !
