As I wrote, I am feeling like an emotional yo-yo. But I didn't need to. He has been interested in me since we met. Wow!!
We had date, and talked a lot, and I go out with him now.

*nervously
I react nervously to every single word of his.
*emotional Yo-Yo
(I don't know how to use this idiom. If you have to use this idiom, how do you use? )
*excited / happy
*Don't rush.
*afraid / worry

There is no progress today, I'm sorry that I might keep you in suspense.
